We renew our commitment to Grassroots Football in Lorca

We are very excited to be able to tell you that, for the 5th consecutive season, we are once again the main sponsor of the Lorca Club de Fútbol Grassroots for this 2022/2023 season.

The signing of the agreement took place at our main headquarters in Lorca, on Wednesday, September 28. An act in which we have been able to count on representatives of the management teams of both entities, being D. Antonio Sánchez , President of the club, who made the signature on his behalf, and D. Francisco Salas , Director of Production of La Comarca, who signed on behalf of our company.

In this way, we once again become sponsors of the 24 competition teams, made up of around 430 players, as well as of the soccer school, which will have around 400 students.

A collaboration to “bring life” to sport

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Antonio Sánchez thanked La Comarca for its support and expressed his satisfaction with this collaboration, due to the good relationship with our company, after 5 consecutive seasons. “It gives us life in many ways”, affirms the President of the Club.

For his part, Mr. Francisco Salas , on our behalf, has expressed his pride in being able to contribute to sports training in Lorca and the hope that this new year will be as fruitful for the Club as the previous one.

In addition, during the event, we have announced as a novelty this year that both entities are working on the development of complementary recreational-pedagogical activities, framed in this collaboration agreement, which will have the purpose of promoting good health habits and the spirit of cooperation between young footballers.

We have also been able to count on the presence of the Mayor of Lorca, D. Diego José Mateos, and the Councilor for Sports, Dª. Irene Jodar . Both have come on behalf of the Municipal Corporation and as witnesses of honor for the signing. In his speech, Mateos expressed the pride of the City of Lorca to witness this collaboration. “Especially in these times, for a company to maintain its sponsorship for the 5th consecutive year is to be appreciated and recognized and we hope that it will serve as an example for other companies to keep in mind, in their Corporate Social Responsibility, collaboration with sports clubs”, affirmed the Mayor of Lorca.

The Lorca Club de Fútbol Base thus begins a new season that is expected to be full of success for the teams that make up the club.
